About us:
A company specializing in packaging, we support our professional clients, including key accounts, in France and internationally with customized and innovative solutions. As part of our B2B development, we are recruiting a bilingual English Commercial Customer Manager.

Your mission:
Reporting to the Commercial Department, you will be the primary contact for a portfolio of professional clients (France & export).

Your main responsibilities:
• Manage and develop a B2B client portfolio
• Respond to quotation requests and prepare commercial offers
• Ensure order follow-up (logistics, invoicing, after-sales service)
• Negotiate commercial terms
• Identify development opportunities
• Participate in calls for tender
• Provide regular reporting via the CRM
• Process and follow up on customer complaints in coordination with the relevant departments (production, logistics, quality)
• Ensure dispute resolution with the aim of satisfaction and loyalty

Desired profile:
• Minimum Bac +2/3 education
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a B2B environment
• Fluent English essential (written and spoken)
• Excellent negotiation skills and sense of service
• Organization, autonomy, and rigor
• Ability to manage sensitive situations with diplomacy
• Proficiency in Excel and a CRM

Skills:
• Mastery of sales and negotiation techniques in a B2B environment
• Ability to analyze customer needs and propose adapted solutions
• Complete management of the sales cycle (quotes, orders, follow-up, after-sales service)
• Proficiency in using CRM and office tools (Excel)
• Priority management and deadline adherence
• Ability to monitor and track performance indicators (KPIs)

Business Developer (M/F)

Your mission: As part of the sales department, you will contribute to the development of major accounts in France and Europe .
Your main responsibilities will be: to identify, qualify and approach retail chains and B2B networks for the marketing of the iconic Ice.bag® cooler invented by our company 20 years ago, as well as our packaging solutions.

Desired profile:
Student in business school or at the end of a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3 minimum).
Comfortable with sales prospecting, autonomous and rigorous.
Good level of French and professional English (TOEIC ≥ 750).

Your strengths:
Sense of business development.
Interest in the Retail sector.
Market analysis capabilities.
