To strengthen its teams, GIMEX is looking for a customer manager.

Missions: As a Customer Manager, you will play an essential role in satisfaction and loyalty of our customers by offering them a personalized and quality service, while contributing to the development commercial of the company.

• Manage orders from receipt to delivery
• Follow and develop the France & International client portfolio
• Answer and inform your contacts about catalogue products and new products
• Develop the numbers (quotes) to meet the needs expressed by customers
• Track and re-launch business proposals

You hold a Bac + 3 minimum, out of school, junior accepted.

You possess the following qualities:

Knowledge of Pack Office
English TOEIC 650

Permanent position to be filled as soon as possible.
Duration: 35 hours from Monday to Friday
