GIMEX is seeking a Client Relations Officer (M/F)
Location: Palaiseau (91)
Contract Type: Permanent (CDI)

As a member of the sales team, you will be responsible for ensuring proper adherence to sales administration procedures from order receipt to delivery. Your main responsibilities will include:

– Managing standard or customized orders from France and/or International
– Answering customer calls
– Creating customer accounts
– Conducting solvency checks with SFAC
– Determining the pricing in collaboration with the Purchasing and Sales teams
– Entering and verifying orders
– Sending the order for preparation to the warehouse
– Creating the delivery note
– Organizing shipping for domestic and/or international deliveries
– Sending digital invoices after approval from the finance department
– Informing the customer of the delivery date
– Tracking shipments through the carrier and providing a response/solution to identified issues
– Strengthening customer relationships and fostering loyalty
– Providing activity reports.

M/F, with a commercial background, you have some initial experience in a similar role.

You possess the following qualities: customer service orientation, teamwork spirit, meticulousness, adaptability, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to take initiative.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required. You need to be fluent in English to communicate well with all types of clients.
